Refund Policy

Our commitment is to provide clarity, fairness, and efficiency in handling refund requests.

Home Refund Policy
Oceabliss Marine Services Ltd. operates a strict refund policy due to the nature of marine and offshore operations. All services are planned and executed based on client-specific requirements.
All payments made are non-refundable once service processing, procurement, or mobilization has commenced.
Refunds may only be considered if a request is canceled before any work begins, if the company is unable to deliver the service, or in cases of duplicate payments.
Refunds will not be granted for completed or ongoing services, change of mind, delays caused by external factors (weather, port authorities, customs), or goods already procured.
At our discretion, we may offer service rescheduling, partial adjustments, or credits for future services instead of issuing refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days, subject to deductions for administrative, logistics, and transaction costs.
Clients must provide accurate information, confirm service details before payment, and ensure timely communication to avoid non-refundable situations.
We are not liable for refunds due to events beyond our control, including weather conditions, government regulations, port restrictions, or security concerns.
Oceabliss Marine Services Ltd. reserves the full right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on this page.
